Health and safety matters to us at Traders Warehouse, therefore we would highly appreciate if you could support our protocols to ensure we maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- All branches will be open from 8.30am to 5pm.
- We have a limited amount of ‘Skeleton’ staff available each branch.
- All orders to be requested by phone or email to our branches.
- Collection point or DPD available only.
- Pick up your order from our collection point outside the trade counter door(s).

Update on 25-03-2020:
It is with a great deal of regret that we have decided to close our branch network and main distribution centre. Our dedicated team will still be able to handle enquiries and process direct shipment orders while our supply partners remain open.
As a company, we feel this is not the time to 'keep calm and carry on' but the time to 'keep calm and self isolate'. We all need to take responsibility for ourselves in this time of crisis and ensure we do everything we can to halt the spread of the Coronavirus.
This has not been an easy decision and will undoubtedly impact our business but it is the right thing to do at this time.
As previously mentioned, we will continue to serve you any way we can for as long as we can and look forward to a time when we are all back to 100% capacity.
Following the outbreak of COVID-19 we are proactively dealing with the potential challenges in terms of our supply chain, customers, staff and all other stakeholders.
As you may be aware, even for British manufactured products, components are often sourced from different countries. This has the potential to reduce the amount of stock that is available for our customers.
We are working with our suppliers and have already taken steps to increase the stockholding across our branch network with a view to reducing the immediate impact of any stock shortages on our customers.
We work closely with our suppliers and are monitoring the situation as it develops to ensure we can continue to supply products to our customers with minimum disruption.
Safety of Customers and Staff:
We have issued guidance to all of our workforce regarding symptoms to look out for and what to do in the event of feeling unwell or being exposed to others who have been infected.
To reduce the spread of the virus at our premises, we are performing a daily deep clean and a spot clean twice a day in addition. Masks are provided as necessary together with gloves. The NHS Hand Wash posters are displayed in all wash room and kitchen facilities. Staff are cleaning their own workstations daily.
We have cancelled all forthcoming face to face meetings and have heavily restricted the number of people visiting the premises for business other than Trade Counter sales. The Trade Counter area will be cleaned after each customer has visited.
Additionally, we have issued staff with the following instructions;
• Cover mouth and nose with a tissue or use the crook of your elbow if coughing or sneezing then wash your hands
• Flush away or place tissues in a designated, lidded bin
• Always wash hands after using wash room facilities and regularly throughout the day after touching surfaces
• No physical contact with colleagues and maintain a distance from each other where possible
We are issuing our drivers with gloves and they will set down the deliveries for the customer to actually pick up themselves. We will contact customers who regularly have deliveries to establish their agreement not to sign paperwork, this will be done by the driver, or alternatively for a photo to be taken as proof of delivery.
We appreciate that the situation is moving quickly and we are monitoring this to respond appropriately on a day to day basis. Any further update will appear on our website www.traderswarehouse.co.uk. Currently, our service is operating as normal.
