  1. Hochiki Z728 Shunt Diode Safety Barrier for IFD-E(I.S)
    Model Z728 is an intrinsically safe, zone-powered, Zener-diode barrier for use in conventional fire detection systems for protection within hazardous areas. Each Zone contains two stages of pulse-tested Zener or forward- connected diodes and an 'infallible' terminating resistor. In the event of an electrical fault in the safe area, the diodes limit the voltage that can reach the hazardous area and the resistor limits the current. A fuse protects the diodes, and the two stages of voltage limitation ensure continued safety if either stage should fail. No active output-current limiting circuits are employed. The unit is certified 'ia' for all zones and 'IIC' for all explosive atmospheres.   6. Hochiki CHQ-DZM(SCI)/SIL Dual Zone Monitor with SCI (SIL2 approved)
    Model CHQ-DZM(SCI)/SIL is a Dual Circuit Zone Controller designed to allow up to 60 conventional detectors (30 on each zone) to be interfaced to Hochiki’s ESP analogue addressable system. The unit also features a Schottky Diode line continuity option, when used inconjunction with the optional LCMU. Full monitoring against malfunction or disconnection, together with a self-test feature through the ESP protocol, ensure the integrity of the CHQ-DZM(SCI)/SIL at all times. The CHQ-DZM(SCI)/SIL utilises simple DIL switches for reliable addressing. It is available as an OEM version (as illustrated above) and also as a DIN Rail mountable module (CHQ-DZM/DIN(SCI)/SIL). Both models feature an integral short-circuit isolator.   8. Hochiki CHQ-PCM(SCI)/SIL Analogue Plant Control Module with SCI (SIL2 approved)
    The CHQ-PCM(SCI)/SIL is a loop powered input/output module with four independent change-over relay outputs and four monitored inputs. The outputs feature N/O and N/C volt free contacts and can be driven separately under the control of the fire alarm panel, to be used for the control of devices such as dampers or for plant and equipment shutdown. The four inputs are provided for local fire and fault monitoring and these are fully monitored for open and short circuit, which if required, can be enabled or disabled in pairs using a two-way DIL switch. Note:- The state of the relay contacts will be indeterminate until the unit is powered. The unit is also available in a DIN Rail mountable enclosure – CHQ-PCM/DIN(SCI). A back box is also available (CHQ-BACKBOX) which, when used in conjunction with the CHQ-PCM(SCI), increases the IP rating to IP65.   9. Hochiki KFDO-CS-EX2.51P Isolated Barrier
    This isolated barrier is used for intrinsic safety applications. It transfers DC signals from fire alarms, smoke alarms, and temperature sensors in hazardous areas. It can also be used to control I/P converters, power solenoids, LEDs, and audible alarms. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage to the isolator caused by faulty wiring.   10. Hochiki CHQ-SIM Single Input Module
    The CHQ-SIM has been designed to allow a single monitored input to be connected to the ESP loop. This provides a compact, low-cost option where the installation of the larger CHQ Range of Modules might be difficult. The CHQ-SIM features flying leads as well as a wiring terminal block for loop connection, making installation quick and easy.
